What is Echha?
Echha is a free wishlist web app. Save things you love from any online store in one place, discover your Aesthetic DNA from what you save, and share one link with friends and family. They can reserve a gift so nobody buys the same thing twice — and the surprise stays a surprise.
Is Echha free?
Yes. Making a wishlist, sharing it, creating invitations and reserving gifts are all free. Gifts themselves are bought from the store that sells them, not through Echha.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Echha works in your phone or computer browser. To keep it on your home screen like an app: on Android (Chrome), tap Install when Echha offers it, or open the ⋮ menu and choose Add to Home screen. On iPhone (Safari), tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen.
Can I try Echha without an account?
Yes. Choose Continue as Guest on the sign-in page to look around the feed, trending items and public wishlists. To save your own wishlist and share it, create a free account with a username, email and password.
Who can use Echha?
Echha is for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are 18+ and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
How do I add something to my wishlist?
Copy the product link from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zara or almost any online store and paste it into Echha. Echha fills in the name, price and photo for you to check before saving. You can also add an item by hand, with your own notes.
Echha says a store didn’t let it read the page. What can I do?
Some stores, such as Flipkart, block automated reading of their pages. You can still save the item: type the name, and either add the price and photo yourself or ask Echha for an AI estimate. AI estimates are clearly labelled, so always check the price on the store before buying.
Who can see my wishlist?
Items marked Public appear on your shared wishlist link. Items marked Private are only visible to you. You can change this for each item at any time.
What is Aesthetic DNA?
Once you’ve saved at least 3 items, Echha looks at what they have in common — colours, materials, categories and mood — and describes your taste as your Aesthetic DNA, using six aesthetics: Minimalist, Archivist, Nomad, Quiet One, Structuralist and Dreamer. The more you save, the more accurate it gets.
How do I share my wishlist?
Every Echha profile has one public link: echha.in/u/your-username. Share it on WhatsApp or anywhere else before a birthday, wedding, Diwali or any occasion. Only your Public items are shown.
How does reserving a gift work?
When a friend opens your wishlist, they tap Reserve on the gift they plan to buy. It’s then marked as reserved for everyone else, so nobody buys the same thing twice. Reserving doesn’t buy anything — they buy the gift from the store themselves.
Will I know who reserved a gift for me?
Not straight away — reservations are anonymous to you. If the gift is linked to an occasion, such as your birthday, the giver is revealed on that date. Otherwise it stays anonymous unless the giver chooses to reveal themselves.
Do my friends need an account to reserve a gift?
No. From your wishlist link or a celebration invitation, friends tap Reserve and enter just their name (email is optional). If they’re signed in to Echha, the reservation is saved to their account so they can manage it from Gifts.
Can I cancel a gift I reserved?
Yes. If you reserved while signed in, open Gifts in the app and cancel the reservation — the item becomes available again. If you reserved without an account, send us a message below with the wishlist and item, and we’ll release it for you.
What are celebration invitations?
Create a decorated invitation for a birthday, wedding, baby shower, housewarming or other occasion, choose wishes from your wishlist, then publish and share the link. Guests see the invitation and your wishes, and can reserve a gift without making an account.
How do I change or stop sharing an invitation?
Open Celebrations in the app and edit your invitation — changes show on the same link. To stop sharing it, choose Unpublish; the link then stops working for guests until you publish it again.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter the email on your account. We’ll email you a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, choose Delete Account, then enter your password and confirm. Your profile, wishlist, collections and invitations are permanently deleted.
How does Echha use my data?
We use your data to run Echha — your account, your wishlist and the features you use — and never sell it. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, which service providers process it, how long we keep it and how to access or delete it.
How do I report a wishlist or invitation?
Use the Report button at the bottom of any public wishlist or invitation, choose a reason and send it — no account needed. Our team reviews every report, usually within 24 hours.
